How nice to drink REAL Cajun coffee this morning! Oh, my aunt makes it nice and strong, served up with some evaporated milk Cajun-style, and it certainly beats the “camp coffee” I’ve been drinking! We started our day going to the Farmer’s Market in downtown Salt Lake City.
Immediately the girls discovered a Henna Body Art stand so they HAD to get something painted on their bodies. Shea chose the “Ninja” symbol and Rowan chose “Knowledge/Wisdom”. They are hoping the designs last until school starts.
We walked around some more and the girls SHOPPED, SHOPPED, and SHOPPED. We all got bracelets from the same stand.
The last time we were in Utah we went to a great diner in Emigration Canyon called “Ruth’s”—famous for their mile high biscuits. The girls remembered this restaurant so we went again with Mary Ann and Jim after our shopping adventure.
In the afternoon we went to Clark Planetarium where the girls got to see what it would be like to be on the moon...
... and Mars...
... and then we watched Harry Potter #7 part II AGAIN... but this time in 3-D at the IMAX theater.
